Weekly In Office Consultations
We meet weekly, not only to follow progress, but to talk about obstacles and how to work through them.
Lifestyle & Nutrition Education
In order to maintain weight loss, you need to change your lifestyle with focus, not only on nutrition, but movement and mindset. Mindset is the component that many do not think about. Learning food value, and changing our relationship with food is key to long-term success.
Meals & Recipes
Each week, you will shop for approximately 3/4 of what you eat each day here in the clinic. We will go through recipes and meal suggestions for the rest of your daily intake.
Weekly Body Composition, Weight & Measurements
A person’s weight on the scale is only one part of the picture. We also look at body fat percentage, fat mass, muscle mass and hydration. The goal of this program is that weight loss is due to fat loss while maintaining muscle mass. We take body measurements and record them to follow progress.
Support & Accountability
It is important to identify each person’s “why”, set small goals along the way and celebrate every scale and non-scale victory! Knowing that there are weekly measurements help keep goals in the forefront.
